Landing right smack in the middle of the ‘80s the debut album by J, Lou and Murph was released, setting the tone for their next two groundbreaking albums – YOU’RE LIVING ALL OVER ME and BUG. Here Dinosaur’s marriage of Neil Young melodics, hardcore attack and sonic ramble hung loosely together, not quite hitting their later heights - yet still hitting with a ramshackle zest. Songs like “Forget The Swan” and “Repulsion” with their lazy drawling vocals and explosive guitar soloing jumped into, and charmed, the then tiny indierock world like an adorable leper.
